HEAVEN
Neuronic are a new band, signed to MuteUs Interpop label, and are set to release their debut single on 25th March 1996.
Neuronic are Lisa Lamb, Paul Statham and Pascal Gabriel. Paul has done production work with Peter Murphy and Kevin Rowland, Lisa is a vocalist with a background in jazz and R&B, having worked with Troublefunk and Band Of Gypsies, while Pascal has been producer to artists such as Inspiral Carpets, Jimmy Somerville and EMF as well as being co-writer of Bomb The Bass, Beat Dis and S'Express Theme From S'Express.
Heaven is angelic dance-pop, a blistering slice of club power which bursts into a towering chorus. With another single already completed, and the finishing touches being put to an album Neuronic are a name to watch for in T96.
(Of course as we know now the combo were renamed "Peach" before the album was completed)

ON MY OWN UK REISSUE
"Grandly stomping Spector-ish Vegas-pop classicism atop this thunderous tidal wave of rumbling bass and crashing cymbals, sounding rather like McAlmont & Butler's 'Yes' with The Ronettes on vocals. Yes, really - as thumpingly great as that." - NME on "On My Own"

London based pop group Peach's current single on Mute/Epic in the States, "On My Own", has taken the US charts by storm, featuring as the highest new entry on the Billboard Hot 100 last week.
The phenomenal response from American radio has seen "On My Own" becoming the most added track on national stations this week. Peach (Union) are the most played British group, receiving over 2000 plays a week, and all signs point to a Top Ten single.
"On My Own" is now provisionally scheduled for a November British release, by which time Peach should have fulfilled their hectic promotional commitments in the States.
The trio of Pascal Gabriel, Lisa Lamb and Paul Statham, who go by the name of Peach Union in the US, fly to New York to appear as special guests on the Ru Paul Show later this month and then perform live at the Nickelodeon marathon in LA in October.

DEBUT ALBUM AND NEW SINGLE
Peach release their debut album, 'AudioPeach' on Mute Records on 29 June 1998. This is followed by their summer stormer single 'Sorrow Town' on 27 July.
AudioPeach' contains ten sparkling pop songs including the US top 40 classic 'On My Own' which features heavily on the soundtrack of the new Gwyneth Paltrow movie 'Sliding Doors'. Followers of the American charts will know that 'On My Own' was one of the most successful singles by a British act over the last 12 months.
'AudioPeach' is a debut of love and joy, death and loneliness that creates, in a series of three and a half minute classics, a mix of Dusty, Petula, Spector, et al, but always with a pre-millenial twist - 'AudioPeach' creates its own niche of timeless music that can be grasped and cherished as much in today's Euro Pop world as in the sweet soul world of yesterday.
'AudioPeach' released on CD on 29 June.
